The Team Management module aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to be able to better manage their team and maintain motivation, attention, determination and commitment in goal-oriented tasks. The instructor will transfer to the participants all skills needed to tackle and resolve relationship conflicts within operational working groups.

Team Management training course: how to participate

WHERE: JPS offers public courses for limited numbers in major Italian cities and private in-house courses in venues and dates agreed with the client.

WHEN: The course consists of 1 classroom day.
