The TEAM MANAGEMENT module aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to be able to better manage their team and maintain motivation, attention, determination and commitment in goal-oriented tasks. The instructor will transfer to the participants all skills needed to tackle and resolve relationship conflicts within operational working groups.
The course has been designed to feature the following:
- fundamentals of human relations in organizations;
- employee management;
- how to achieve and maintain mutual trust;
- methodologies in the resolution of internal conflicts;
- role playing: win-win methods;
- professional growth of employees;
- employee development
